Terms and conditions of cancellation: Relais Agli Olivi charges a penalty for reservation cancellation, represented by a percentage of the stay booked depending on the notice given before the reserved check in date: 10% of the total price of the stay for cancellations made between 60 and 20 days prior to arrival; 25% of the total price of the stay for cancellations made from the 19th to the 4th day prior to arrival; 50% of the total price of the stay for cancellations made in the three days prior to arrival, with at least one night's stay. Security deposits will be credited to the partial or total payment of the above penalties. Stay: The entire booked stay will be charged even in the event of delayed arrivals or early departures. A 3% discount will be allowed for payments made in cash. Check-in: from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm. Check-out at 10:30 am. If you will be arriving after 7:00 pm, please advise us by phone +39 045-758-0675. We accept cash, personal cheques, POS payments, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
